Urban story ventures
Urban Story Ventures is changing Chattanooga, TN in the best ways. They are supremely talented in transforming properties from unsightly to stunning. USV contacted us with the opportunity of working together to restore this historic building on King St. The original function of the property was for cold storage, but now will host breweries, distilleries, offices and residential housing. The building had a ghost sign advertising it’s original use, but when USV decided to renovate the property a new sign was a perfect way to re-introduce it to the city. Burly Bear Studios rose to the challenge 80+ feet into the air and painted this new sign. It was a wonderful experience and a great way for us to contribute to the historic city of Chattanooga.
